International Tefillin Bank.
The bank is currently gearing up to get back into business. We are currently not accepting new requests, and will notify you when this changes.
reminder: We now require the participant to write a short letter (at least one paragraph, but not more than one page) explaining why he wishes to begin putting on Tefillin. Please have your applicant write this letter and e-mail it to tefillinbank@shluchim.org.
