Young shluchos across the globe depend on the programs of The Shluchim Office.

Dear Parent,

As part of the 6th grade in Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchos, your daughter will iy”H be part of a presentation at the Shluchos Banquet. Your daughter and her friends will be coming to the banquet and will be singing a song on the stage. (After this presentation, they will join the rest of the kinus camp.)

Presenting at the Shluchos banquet is a unique and exciting opportunity that always makes the girls feel especially – and rightfully – proud of who they are. Each girl on stage is our celebrity!

During her time at the kinus camp, there will be very little time to learn the song, so it is very important for your daughter to learn the song on her own, over the next few days.

Please make your daughter aware that even though she is part of a big group, the cameras do zoom in on every individual girl, and the more prepared your daughter is, the better she and her friends will look.

Here are some additional notes to keep in mind:

1)      Dignified look: The girls will be coming onto the stage wearing their kinus camp t-shirts and a dark colored skirt. Please make sure that your daughter has a clean, navy or black skirt to wear to the banquet. Out of respect to the spirit of the evening, the girls should not wear denim skirts. Also, the girls will be asked to have their hair brushed as is appropriate for the occasion.

2)      Schedule: The girls will be leaving the banquet immediately after their presentation.  Please refrain from calling your daughter over to you – she needs to stay with her group.

3)      Every girl counts: Even though there's a large group, every girl is valued and makes a big difference! Please encourage your daughter to cooperate in the practice and treat this presentation with the respect that it deserves.

4)  Around the room: This year, most of the girls will be singing from around the room, not from the stage. Please don't crowd around the stage. You won't see your daughter better from there.

Thank you and we hope you'll enjoy the nachas!
