FLYING:
 

Arrival: Monday, December 17th 2012
Arrival is in Pheonix Airport (airport code PHX)  between 8am and 1pm (no later) .

 

Departure (after camp): Thursday,December 27th 2012
All campers should be on flights from PHX departing between 6am and 12pm (no later).

 

If your child is flying as an unaccompanied minor a name for child release will be given to you closer to the time of camp.

 

Arrival: Monday, December 19th 2011
Campers should be dropped off at Pheonix Airport terminal 4 arrivals hall no later than 12:30pm

 

Departure (after camp): Thursday,December 29th 2011
Campers should be picked up from Pheonix Airport terminal 4 arrivals hall  between 4am - 10am

 

If you are planning on picking up your children from the campsite, you must do so on Wednesday, December 26th between 6-9pm
